Product structure:

    1. Raw material ingredients: chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, biogas residue and other kinds of animal manure or fermentable raw materials with fertility effect after treatment shall be provided in a certain proportion.

    2. Raw material stirring and fermentation: mix the prepared raw materials, add a certain proportion of enzyme, rapid fermentation, improve the overall uniform fertilizer efficiency content of fertilizer particles.

    3. Granulation of raw materials: feed the raw materials evenly stirred into the granulator for granulation (granulator with drum can be used, or granulator with extrusion can be used).

    4. Granule drying: the granule made by the granulator is sent to the dryer. The moisture contained in the granule is dried to increase the granule strength and facilitate transportation and preservation.

    5. Particle cooling: the temperature of fertilizer particles after drying is too high, and they are easy to agglomerate. After cooling, they are easy to be bagged and stored and transported.

    6. Particle grading: the cooled particles shall be graded. The unqualified particles shall be crushed and re-granulated to screen out the qualified products.

    7. Packaging of finished products: put the screened particles into bags and store them in a ventilated place.
